Description

parathyroidGenesSE is a SummarizedExperiment object with gene level counts for each of the samples from Haglund et al.'s RNA-seq data.

parathyroidExonsSE is a SummarizedExperiment object with exonic part counts.

The genes and exons are from the GRCh37 Ensembl annotations.
