Software License

Any rights to intellectual or industrial property, as well as some other exclusive rights to the software or technical applications included or related to PRO32 Connect belong to the Owner or its licensors.

Under the User's observance of and without regard to any discrepancy in the current Terms, the Owner provides the User with a revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license for the use of the software and/or any other technical tools included into the Service by means of a remote access to them, while in regard of distributions meant to be installed on the User's device – by means of installing and launching such distributions according to the objectives of managing PRO32 Connect and other tools included into the service.

The license does not provide Users with the rights to access, using or revealing an original source code. All technology, algorithms and procedures present in the software or any relevant documentation are a property of the Owner or its licensors.

All rights and licenses provided to Users become immediately void upon the Agreement termination or expiration.

Without prejudice to the above provisions and according to the License, Users are able to download, set, use and launch the software meant for installing on an allowed number of devices provided that such devices are in general use and up-to-date in terms of technology and market standards, as well as have a remote access to the software for an allowed number of users and with other preset limitations.

The Copyright Holder reserves the right to issue updates and technical solutions, as well as develop PRO32 Connect and/or related software and provide them to Users for free. Users may require downloading and installing such updates to continue using PRO32 Connect and/or related software.

New releases may be provided on a paid basis only.

Users are able to download, install, use and launch the software on an unlimited number of devices.

However, there may be a limitation on running the software on more than one device at a time if conditions of the purchased license do not directly state the ability to run the software or accessing it via a larger number of devices.
